After much speculation, John Frusciante’s record label has revealed that he’ll be releasing a five track EP titled Letur Lefr on July 9th 2012! Speaking to the Sun Sentinel, former Broward Circuit Judge John Frusciante Sr., 67 of Sunrise, Florida said he was, “Absolutely a proud father,” after making a congratulatory call to his son from Mallorca, Spain, where he’s currently vacationing. “I’m very happy for all the band members to be recognized.”

The Red Hot Chili Peppers’ first performance was to a crowd of approximately thirty people at the Rhythm Lounge in Hollywood on February 13th, 1983.
They “wrote” for the occasion, which involved the band improvising music while Anthony Kiedis rapped a poem he had written called “Out in L.A.”
